How does it work: You will call for appointment. at the above number and leave a message. We will get back with you God willing.

At the clinic you will have to fill out an application and medical questionnaire and if you qualify for it you will receive the vaccine.
It takes 10 min to get approval from Merck Vaccine.

Not sure which vaccine you need: Attached is a screening questionaire, if you answer yes for any of the questions you need the vaccine. 

Need to get checked for antibodies: We can do blood work for MMR, Varicella and Hep b for you as well. For MMR and Varicella you would need to pay the charges of 30 dollars directly to Lab Corp.If you cannot afford it ,will help you out there as well. But ALL VACCINES ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
